Terms & Conditions of Institutional Supply

2. Quotations & Price Validity

• Quotations issued via the website or official desk are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Final unit rates depend on confirmed student volume matrices, specific fabric GSM choices, and crest embroidery specifications.
• GST and freight terms are itemised transparently on all formal pro-forma invoices.

3. Sampling & Crest Approval Protocol

To ensure zero defect rate across batch deliveries:

• Pre-Production Fit Samples: Physical sample sets representing the agreed fabric weave, colour shade, and stitching specifications are submitted for school administrative sign-off prior to bulk production.
• Crest Embroidery: Partner schools authorize XOVER to reproduce their registered school crests, emblems, and house color schemes strictly for institutional uniform supply.
• Once a counter-sample is approved by the school management, production adheres strictly to that benchmark.

4. Delivery & Session Synchronisation

• Deliveries are coordinated directly to school premises or designated depot addresses aligned with the start of the academic term.
• Garments are packaged class-wise and student-wise with clear sizing tags for hassle-free campus distribution.

5. Piece Inspection & Replacement

Every garment passes individual dimension and stitch inspection prior to packaging. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, size exchange, or transit damage, XOVER provides replacement assistance within 7 working days.
